A very unique tea and excellent if you are looking for something different. All the food was tasty and explained by the waiting staff, only the sandwiches were refillable. The way the food was presented was gorgeous and fitted the theme of Asia. Plenty of staff who were very attentive and they made sure you enjoyed the experience. The hotel is very elegant but lacks a bit of character and it is a small area where tea is served. Good value compared to other London hotel afternoon teas.

More hype than substance. Go for delicious, but small and pricey, dishes. The quality of the ingredients are top notch as are the combination of flavors for some of the dishes. I will say, the drinks are also excellent. The staff are friendly but over bearing, and don’t communicate, meaning the same question is asked multiple times. In a 3hr dinner we were interrupted almost every 10min, maybe it was a slow night but it was too much. The ambiance is nice but a bit formal. Would recommend this as a perfect business lunch or dinner spot. Overall, if someone else is paying definitely go, but for me there are better restaurants in the area.

Fabulous - but different - afternoon tea. Thai inspired which was delicious. Team impeccable and very friendly. Most definitely go & enjoy a marvelous experience.

I must say that this place truly exceeded my expectations. From the very start we were treated with great care. Food was to die for, lunch is really worth it. Special thanks to our server who went above and beyond for us. Recommend it hundred percent - looking forward to return!

Everything was perfect! Amazing service all around. Souffke as a starter was perfection! Cordon Bleu for two was everything I’ve dreamt about! And the dessert souffke was outstanding. Excellent wine list!
