   Food was exciting and excellently prepared, definitely recommend the spicy margarita! Staff were friendly and attentive, only issue was the restaurant is quite small so felt like you were on top of other people. However, that didn’t take away from the overall experience, which was fantastic. We will be back next time we’re in Edinburgh

   Absolutely delicious food and drinks (loved the quesadilla and fuego margarita in particular) and all wonderfully explained by our lovely server Hannah - she was a total star.

   Great place! Service is attentive and the food and drinks are excellent. Everything we had was incredible! However a special shout out for the poppers, Taco de Ejotes, papas and the Jalapeño Buck. And to luke who looks after us very well every time we go! Can’t wait to go back.

   Best Mexican I've had outside of Mexico. My goooosh was it good. Generous servings ans fantastic flavours. Staff were so lovely and attentive. Wish I could come back often but glad we found you during our flying visit!

   We spent a lovely couple of days in Edinburgh and wanted to find some foodie gems while we were here. It’s safe to say booking Paz was the best decision we could have made! This small and charming restaurant had a great atmosphere, helpful staff and was very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. We shared four different types of tacos between two of us, including the chicken, steak, pulled pork and cod, as well as the salsa and chips and the ‘bombers’. There wasn’t one dish we wouldn’t have again as they were all fresh and full of flavour, but the chicken and steak tacos were standouts for us! Overall, a genuinely terrific experience and one of those restaurants that really made our trip. We’ll be comparing all future tacos to these ones.
