They try to sale cheap wine bottle at very high price markup saying they have excess inventory and selling is at their cost. Once we ordered the wine, I googled it and realized they reap you off completely.

Service was great. Wife and I shared the Limencello wings which were amazing. I ordered and loved the Pappardelle Bolognese - awesome. Downside- my wife ordered the Veal Marsala and it was chewy and tough. Server was very apologetic and said he’d speak to the mgr. Came back and said mgr said ‘sorry’. Didn’t even come over to tell us. That was it. Really?? Very disappointed in how that was handled. For the money, expected better.

We always enjoy Pazzo, a local favorite. The octopus appetizer was delicious. My husband’s Spicy Rigatoni was excellent especially with the add-on grilled shrimp. My fig carapaccio salad was good, except it did not come with figs—-go figure! I should have said something, but our server was busy waiting other tables. Not a deal breaker, we will be back especially since it is walking distance from our house.

One of my goto places prior to a Count Basie event. Menu is large and diverse. Last night I had Short Rib... was tender and great tasting. Service was friendly, efficient and well paced.

I have been here many times always great. This encounter I made a reservation well in advance and confirmed it several times as prompted. Upon arrival at the time of our reservation our party of five was seated in the bar at a hightop for four. The staff dragged over another chair then eventually brought the fifth guest place settings etc. I was embarrassed in front of the other guests in my party since I made the recommendation to dine here The service and food were great as usual but the entire experience left me very uncomfortable and I’m not I’ll return since even my reservation for the dining room was not honored without even a hint of apology from the staff seating us.
