We had tickets for a 7pm show at the Count Basie Theater a block away so I made a reservation at Pazzo for 5:15pm for dinner before the show. We were seated a few minutes early which is always nice when you're in a time crunch. Once seated the waiter came over promptly and we proceeded with ordering our drinks, an appetizer and dinner. We did not rush anything and we were done with dinner and out the door by 6:15. The food was great as usual. We ordered mussels and lentil soup for an appetizer, chicken marsala and orichiette pasta w/ broccoli rabe for our entrees. I would definitely recommend Pazzo, but on a Saturday night you definitely need reservations!

Great food and great service- restaurant was very busy and the staff did a good job keeping on top of everything.

Always a nice dining experience. Very busy after a show at the Basie Theater. Staff were very attentive. Food was good as always.

We had a wonderful dining experience with our group of 12. We were seated on the enclosed patio. Our waiter John was awesome and took very good care of us. As always, the food was so good and everyone left happy. Can't ask for more.

Pazzo never disappoints, especially on a Monday! (half price pasta/pizza). Our waiter, Eliott was amazing. Your servers are always kind and wonderful, but he is extra special, friendly, and remembers people. Thank you

I go to Pazzo's every time I visit the Two River theater as a subscriber at the theater. I'm there at least 4 to 6 times a year for lunch. I try to visit a few times a year at dinner time as well. The food has always been excellent and the service outstanding until today. Three of us were having lunch.Two of the dinners came out wrong. One was supposed to be eggplant palm, and chicken parm was served instead. One was a meatball parm sandwich, and it turned out to be a hamburger on ciabatta bread. I personally had the Papadelle, which, as I had expected, was excellent. One of the people who got the wrong order was someone who was there for the first time. I brought it to the attention of our server Eli, a very fine young man, who comped the meatball parm and a dessert.. He also included another meatball parm for us to take home. While I realized that mistakes happen in restaurants it seemed that today was a little more than I expected at such a fine place. However it will not stop me from going back again.

4 people dining and 2 meals came out cold and 1 was severely delayed. 1 was great. Our waiter was very apologetic and when it was time for dessert I jokingly asked if it would be comped based on this. He asked his manger and in fact all dessert and coffee was comped which we appreciated. I was surprised the manager didn’t come over to apologize It wasn’t that busy for a Friday night so was surprised on how long it took for the food

If not for the great company at our table, this would not have been a very enjoyable experience. Eggplant was dry; chicken Marsala was okay. Worst of all, filet mignon was definitely not medium rare; it was overcooked and dry. And the potatoes were pasty.
