The term Peacock Alley was coined to portray the daily promenade of notables through the original colonnade connecting The Waldorf and The Astoria hotels in New York City. A tradition that continues today, Peacock Alley is an elegant lounge celebrated as a place to see and be seen.

A historical piece of New York heritage is now in Dubai. Peacock Alley overlooks the hotel's beautiful central gardens and serves the finest teas, coffees and light meals. Guests can enjoy a classic Afternoon Tea and sample the Waldorf Astoria signature tea blend.

Enjoy the temperate weather during the winter months on the palatial Peacock Alley terrace. Take in the stunning evening views of the glittering Dubai skyline whilst sampling a traditional Shisha from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

A hidden gem. A nice great place to order a quality meal made to order and drink in a pleasant relaxing casual environment. You can take a table for four or a coffee table and couch relax and enjoy your meal, drink and dessert. Late hours are convenient after a long day. Piano bar available nightly, but finishes early.

The staff were very attentive and kind. It was our first time having high tea and they were happy to explain the process. All of the food - sandwiches, scones, deserts were great.

We visited peacock alley for afternoon tea and had a lovely experience. The staff was very accommodating while taking the order for dietary restrictions. My friend and I enjoyed the egg sandwiches and the crumbly scones with clotted cream and jams. We would have loved to try more tea and coffee and hope they increase the number of drinks you can order to atleast two. Overall experience is amazing, would definitely come back in the winter to enjoy the outdoor view.
