Don’t bother. The hotel is nice but our server, Christian, could have been better. My husband arranged for my daughter (8 years old) and myself to have afternoon tea on Valentine’s Day while he worked. Perhaps Christian didn’t want to have a table that wasn’t ordering fancy cocktails and signature entrees (the afternoon tea wasn’t cheap though). He didn’t check on us at all, not even once, after the food was brought. If he had he could have found out that the bagel my daughter ordered was so hard she couldn’t even eat it. I tried biting into it and my jaw hurt! He didn’t ask if I wanted sugar and milk for my tea, I had to flag him down for that. I even had to ask for a napkin! So yeah, while the hotel space is upscale, nothing about the experience made it worth the price. Over $150 spent for tea, small bites, scrambled eggs, and water!

Food was delicious and service great. We enjoyed our dinner and relaxing in this beautiful hotel. Waiter was very attentive and kind. Will return again.

It’s an experience on all the best ways. The room is beautifully decorated with a very talented harp player. I highly recommend the afternoon tea. The food is delicious and the tea is spot on.

They kept the doors open to load Christmas decorations resulting in absolutely frigid temperatures. We needed to keep our coats on. We asked them if they could keep the doors closed and they said no they needed to do what they were doing. The service was unbelievably slow. We had to ask multiple times for our drink order. The mushroom bisque was lukewarm. The hostess could not find my reservation even after I showed her my confirmation text and did not apologize or reconfirm that I was there. We had to flag people down twice to get the check. They just didn’t seem to care that we were there. The salads were good although the spring greens had huge leaves making it hard to eat. Very disappointed overall.
