PeakFine Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is a wonderful way to start or end your day! With the bounty of what the Okanagan, and Canada has to offer us in the ways of cheese, poultry, produce, seafood, grains, so much more, we focus on using local Canadian and Artisanal products to help keep low food miles, support local growers, farmers and use sustainable foods in our kitchens. With healthy options, vegan, or decadent multi-course meals paired with local wines and spirits, your culinary adventure will go unmatched while you dine, and take in the sweeping Okanagan Lake Views.

If you are dining as a resort guest, PeakFine Restaurant encourages wearing bathrobes and slippers for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, we adhere to a smart casual dress code, and we ask that guests refrain from wearing hats or slippers to dinner. There is an 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more.

Please note that Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa is a 16 plus only resort.

None of the food our 4 person party ate was outstanding. The mushroom risotto was bland and the mushrooms too chewy. Breakfast is still free as part of the package but wasn't very good either.

We stayed at the resort numerous times and we always felt that their breakfast menu could really use a serious update. Pretty much anything that is included with the hotel stay is way too heavy and not everyone can have such big breakfast. It would be great to see healthier options, such as cereal, oatmeal, granola, fruit bowls, English muffins....etc.

We just spent 4 nights at Sparkling Hill, and ate dinner in Peak Fine each evening. As per usual, the food was very good, ambiance pleasant, but what made the dinners stand out was the superlative service. All the servers we had were excellent, but Luis stood out with his engaging personality and knowledge of the food and especially the wines. In our many meals at Peak Fine over the years, we have never had poor service. The training and attention to detail are clearly evident.

4 of us celebrated a birthday and we were very pleased with our dinners. The duck drums were excellent, according to our friend. I had the beef tartare and it was good, but I felt that it was not moist enough. For main course our friend had the beef tenderloin and it was grilled to perfection. The rest of us had the seafood pasta and we all found that the sauce was very tasty, nicely seasoned. The shrimps were good size and tasty, only the mussels were small and a bit overcooked and some of the shells were broken. Overall a very lovely meal. Our server was attentive and pleasant.

For our first visit to the restaurant we were pleased. The food was very good and the service impeccable. The live piano player was nice touch to increase the pleasant atmosphere

Rating due to food. Eggs benny were on cold english muffins, server was great in checking in and then getting a new order, but same issue with next eggs benny, english muffins cold. Great potatoes!

Had to wait 30 mins to get a table after our reservation time. Servers had way too many tables and forgot our drinks, refills, food order. Came to top off coffee with an empty pot of coffee.
