   Our dinner was fantastic, the food was exceptional and the best part was our server “Juliana.” She understands the pace of a nice dinner, drinks and wine. She’s a pro so whoever is overseeing the crew at Peaks Chop House don’t let her get away. We’ll be back!!!

   Skip the $17 “duck fat fries.” They are NOT fried in duck fat and the aioli is meh.

   Lovely restaurant in the summit hotel. Great for group or for intimate dinner..modern and luxury aesthetic, good ambiance. Food was delicious and attentive service.

   It was a delightful morning in Peaks Chophouse as the sun came out over the ski mountains with more than ample well prepared and delicious breakfast choices. The fruit plate and the Avacado toast added to the good morning. For a heartier Montana inspired choice, we have had their huckleberry pancakes -- quite tasty. Try them. Lastly, but not least, Ricardo and his team excelled on this most enjoyable morning. Thanks!

   We were delighted to be seated by the window. All of the restaurant staff were personable and did a great job. The food was delicious and comforting on a cold and snowy ski day. It is great that Peaks is open for lunch this year. The Summit's other restaurant has great ambiance and food, but the steady stream of guests entering directly from the outsides makes Peaks a preferable choice in cold weather-- quite relaxing.

   The mushroom soup was thick enough to almost hold up a spoon. The elk tartar had to much potato. The steaks and lobster were delicious. The price was even more than expected. Overall a 4 star.

   Good alternative to Everett's if you want a reservation with a good a la carte menu. The niçoise salad and bourguignon are exceptional. Service is friendly and accommodating. I miss having a mulled wine at Everett's and they were able to make a good replacement upon request. I greatly appreciated their friendly and flexible attitudes.

   Staff was great. Great views. Drinks were good. I got the vegetarian dish, flavor was very bland and veggies were charred and hard to taste anything but the burnt char.

    The appetizers and entrees were all very creative. The crab gratin, truffle Mac & cheese were spectacular. We also had salmon, slope-side salad and chicken Caesar. Our server (Augustina) could not have been more responsive and friendly. The manager was also quite attentive. It’s a bit pricy, but worth it if you want a special lunch or dinner. There are not many good food choices at the Big Sky resort. The Peaks Chophouse is very much an exception to this.
