   Sat us right by the noisy kitchen. Server was slow and not observant. Meal was good. The short rib was 75% fat. Poor selection to serve at the price being paid.

   Outstanding! Service, ambiance, food and presentation was all incredible. The complimentary cornbread alone was phenomenal. Highly recommended!

   A nice dinner at the end of a great day. My husband enjoyed the venison entree which he did have to send back for further cooking but nonetheless enjoyed it thoroughly. I was delighted with my sweet potato gnocchi very filling and delicious. I appreciated the corn bread and honey butter accompaniment.

   Our dinner was fantastic, the food was exceptional and the best part was our server “Juliana.” She understands the pace of a nice dinner, drinks and wine. She’s a pro so whoever is overseeing the crew at Peaks Chop House don’t let her get away. We’ll be back!!!

   Skip the $17 “duck fat fries.” They are NOT fried in duck fat and the aioli is meh.

   Lovely restaurant in the summit hotel. Great for group or for intimate dinner..modern and luxury aesthetic, good ambiance. Food was delicious and attentive service.

   It was a delightful morning in Peaks Chophouse as the sun came out over the ski mountains with more than ample well prepared and delicious breakfast choices. The fruit plate and the Avacado toast added to the good morning. For a heartier Montana inspired choice, we have had their huckleberry pancakes -- quite tasty. Try them. Lastly, but not least, Ricardo and his team excelled on this most enjoyable morning. Thanks!

   We were delighted to be seated by the window. All of the restaurant staff were personable and did a great job. The food was delicious and comforting on a cold and snowy ski day. It is great that Peaks is open for lunch this year. The Summit's other restaurant has great ambiance and food, but the steady stream of guests entering directly from the outsides makes Peaks a preferable choice in cold weather-- quite relaxing.
