With an ambience steeped in rustic charm and a menu filled with treasures from the sea, Pearl Dive Oyster Palace focuses on fresh produce and quality ingredients in its welcoming eatery. Specializing in a wide variety of oysters, from such places as Virginia, Japan, Rhode Island, British Columbia and Washington state, Peal Dive Oyster Palace takes oyster preparation seriously, complementing the delicate taste of the oyster. Appetizer options include crispy crawfish fritters, barbecue shrimp and wood-grilled oysters. Besides oysters, house specialties have a decidedly Cajun flair, with items such as seafood gumbo, crawfish etouffee and Gulf Coast Redfish, all of which have an amazing balance of spices.

We caught up with old friends we hadn't see in a while. We had just the right amount of service and the food was great. Oysters were on point with a solid variety.

We had a wonderful experience last night! Our server was delightful. We tried 2 of the hot oyster plates, farro & spinach salad, blackened shrimp, scallops entree and the “cat milk” Thai mussels/shrimp and fish dish. All were delicious! We took some beignettes to go :)

Outstanding service and exceptional food! Our server was incredibly polite, attentive, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring our experience was top-notch. The oysters were fresh and clean, the octopus was cooked to perfection, and the fish of the day was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend—cheers!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in DC. The staff are helpful and nice. The Louisiana themed food is fantastic. Highly recommend making reservations. The Happy Hour is a good deal and can be fun.

Good food, service was prompt and attentive. I recommend. Do not drive but take a taxi or Uber. Parking was nuts!

Pearl Dive Oyster Palace is a great seafood spot in DC! They had a selection of 6 different oysters to choose from and had an extensive menu of other seafood options. I do think the price of the oysters were somewhat expensive ($3.40 per oyster), but would be a good option for a happy hour after work sitting at the bar. Overall, I loved the ambience, food, and service. Great drinks, too!! I got the espresso martini and it was lovely.

Roxy was an amazing server. Engaged and made us feel like we were regulars. Food was delicious. Lively atmosphere and apparently happy hour is a draw, which will we find if true out another time.

Great experience! Everything we ate was delicious, I had some fantastic Cotuit oysters, my dirty martini was FILTHY, service was exceptional.

We had shrimp gumbo and “what cats dream of” - both excellent. Our server was very accommodating. This was our second visit and there will definitely be a third.
