    The atmosphere in general was phenomenal. Service was good but a tad slow. Prices were a fair but some of our entrees could have had a bit more on the plate. Would I come back? Yes.

    It’s a beautiful restaurant and the food is good but both times we have been there it took a long time for the wait staff to approach our table. The last time one of the meals was the wrong dish so we both ate at different times. Typically the restaurant would offer a drink or dessert with such an error. None was offered which made our visit disappointing. The staff is nice and helpful but they don’t seem to have the level of service I would expect for a high end restaurant.

    The food for good, however the service did not match the ambiance at all. It has potential but needs to have way better service for my business in the future.

    Our reservation was at 7:15 with children. Our order took 1.5hrs to get without even ordering appetizers, then food orders came wrong and never got fixed or re-brought out. We ordered dessert around 9:30 which took 30min for a coffee and tea to come out (I had to go to the bar myself and wait to order waters and sodas that were never brought for our table). Then after our beverages have come and gone, the dessert came another 30min after that which we wanted with our after dinner drinks. We were there a total of 4 hours with children, because of severely slow paced unorganized service. It’s as if the staff doesn’t care as their gratuity was automatically added on to the bill. Working in the hospitality world we gave this place a second chance and it has failed both times on the service end. Beautiful ambiance and the food is good quality, maybe better training to help move things along more smoothly.

    The grilled prawns was the standout dish and everything we ate from the grilled grouper to the branzino and seafood cauldron were outstanding ! Service is a little slow but it was Valentine’s Day. We will definitely return

    Only 3 tables and we came when it was super slow. Took 20 mins to get our mocktails and quite a bit for an appetizer that was just spreads. Food in total took 40 minutes and everything was very slow moving. This was not my experience the last time I dined in so for showing my friends a new place was quite frustrated that they didn’t get a great experience. I also asked for check early since everything took so long and I wanted to pay early. I ended up going to bar to do it myself.
