   First visit - Saturday night - party of 4. We arrived on time for our reservation and checked in. Not terribly busy yet at 6:30. Communication from the host stand was lacking. We were kept waiting about 5 minutes for no apparent reason. There were 3-4 staff members at the stand hanging around. We were seated and then ignored for another ten minutes. No water or drink menu. A staff member came by and asked if we would like water. I asked for the drink menu. She came back another 5 minutes later. Still no sign of a server. It all seemed odd. The staff members we encountered were not friendly. When our server, Natalia, finally came by she was great. Very apologetic. If I were to guess, they were understaffed on servers. She got us started on drinks and appetizers and everything flowed nicely after that. Enjoyed the baked goat cheese and some oysters. Lamb chops, oven-roasted lamb shank, short rib risotto, and the braised beef bucatini were delicious. The side of mushrooms we ordered did not show up until we were finished eating so those were sent home with us and comped on the bill. Beautiful restaurant and the bar area was lively. Do not know that I would go out of my way to return. Thank you to Natalya for the great service.

   Food was very good. The waiter needs training. The restaurant was excessively loud (the space needs to have noise canceling tiles(??) put in.

   Pella Signature in Burr Ridge, IL, delivers an outstanding dining experience with a diverse menu, including a well-crafted kids’ selection. The service was attentive, and the owner personally showed the restaurant’s halal certification, ensuring transparency and comfort. The seating was elegant, creating the ambiance of a high-end downtown Chicago restaurant in the suburbs. The Wagyu short rib entrée was excellent—perfectly tender and full of flavor. Pella Signature is a top choice for fine dining with excellent service and cuisine.

   Was not a fan of this place. VERY loud. Music was loud, voices echoed. I could not eat the soup- very salty. Steak was just eh. Crème brûlée, normally my favorite anywhere else, was left unfinished- did not like it at all. Very orange tasting. Was definitely not worth the $. Would not go back, especially with the variety of good restaurants in the immediate area.

   Pella may be the best restaurant in Chicago. Everything is always PERFECTION. The chef is basically a food GOD. Service is top notch, ambiance is lovely, everything is well thought out and well executed. European cuisine at its freshest, brightest and europeanish. Yeah, I love Pella. Everyone should eat here, regularly and with gusto

   Not at all what I was expecting….this felt like dining in a conference room at a chain hotel. Waaaaaaaay too big. Felt impersonal and cold. They seat 685 people and we were a party of four. Perhaps great for a very large group or for a party….but other than that, this place has zero personality and atmosphere. Food was horribly overpriced and low quality. Cesar was too fishy and over dressed. Risotto was mushy. Steak was…meh. Cocktails were…meh. First and last time.

    Atrium area is beautiful, but extremely poor acoustics, which makes it difficult to have a conversation at the table. Live saxophone music made it even more challenging.
