Pepe's Cafe provides a laid-back place for enjoying surf and turf favorites. Guests can stop in for breakfast and enjoy the build-your-own breakfast, omelets, traditional eggs Benedict, French toast and pancakes. Those stopping in for lunch and dinner can add a fresh-squeezed margarita for a cool meal accompaniment. Pepe's Cafe features a simple lunch menu featuring sandwiches and burgers. For dinner, start off with appetizers, which include Gulf raw oysters, baked oysters, soups and salads. There are chicken, pork and fresh fish offerings, along with a fresh vegetable plate. Enjoy the choice New York Strip that is cut to order, the filet mignon, bone-in ribeye or the Pepe's steak smothered in pork chops. Pepe's Cafe also offers lighter fare, including the steak Caesar, fish sandwich and the seven-ounce burger.

Love this place for breakfast & a fave place for lunch, so decided to try for dinner. Bone-in Ribeye didn’t disappoint (special was Blue Cheese crusted with gravy & it was very good. Cornbread brought to the entire table was so good - ask for it if they don’t bring it, just wish we had it while eating our White Bean soup of the day. The waitress packed us up more cornbread to take back to room with milk. Lots of local ambiance & clientele - love this!

Disappointed. Been here many times before, not sure what happened, but will be hard to return. Place was really quite dirty. Service slow and uneven. Food cold and just ok. What happened?!?

I’ve been to Key West 11 times, and invariably, I’ll go to Pepe’s. The food is always great; this visit I had the wonderful Key West Pinks. As importantly, the service is always great. This visit Christine was my server, and she was phenomenal.

We had a lunch reservation on Thanksgiving Day. We were greeted and seated right away by a very friendly hostess. Our server was quick and attentive. In lieu of entrees, my husband and I shared oysters, smoked fish dip, peel and eat shrimp. All delicious and very reasonably priced. Plus they automatically served amazing cornbread! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Recommendation from a local & happy we took it! Great ambiance & food! The yellow snapper was delish . Stone crabs were so tasty! They are pricey little guys. BUT the margaritas and Bloody Mary was the best we’ve had here in KW. Definitely a favorite!

Pepe‘s restaurant was a treat. Dining at the second oldest restaurant in Florida and oldest in Key West definitely had charm, value and excellent food. We took advantage of the nightly specials which was prime rib, which is hard to find in Florida these days and it was superlative. Our dining companion had a 16 ounce steak that was phenomenal that they shared with the other party.. The house made baked potatoes were off the chain good as was the demiglaze reduction and gravywas top notch. Service was good and the atmosphere was quirky and a mix of locals as well as tourists, but had the right mix of people as well as dining options. Highly recommended Spot when visiting Key West.!

Loved Pepe’s & the happy hour made us happy. Awesome Margaritas wow. Will return everytime we are in Key West.

Very casual and kind of a dive restaurant. Food was good but not great. Service was very good. Depends upon what you are looking for. There are far better restaurants in key west. Go for a drink first and then decide if you want dinner. Margaritas are awesome and all fresh squeezed juices for the mix.
