   Simplest way to summarize is that this restaurant is my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. Great food, great service... and the fried artichoke cannot be truly appreciated without trying it. Thank you.

   Was hoping it would be excellent. I’m sorry to say we were disappointed. We arrived a bit early and had a drink at the bar. When we were seated for dinner we were enjoying our time. First had the ricotta. That was excellent. We ordered a meatball, veal, and our pastas, the lemon and the squid ink. Meatballs were good. The veal was deep fried, and not so good. Our pastas were homemade noodles and fair at best. We have recently traveled to Italy. They are not authentic and not so good in our opnion.

   This was our first experience at Pepp & Dolores and everything from the food, ambience, and the service was excellent. The dunk, Gem salad, and Limone pasta were very tasteful. We can’t wait to go back and try other menu items.

   This was our first time dining at Pepp & Dolores. It certainly will not be our last! Upon entering we were greeted kindly by the host staff. We had arrived early for our reservation but they got us seated in a timely matter. Our table was in the basement, super cozy and perfect for our date night. Our server Lindsey was attentive and personable giving recommendations and having short conversation without being overbearing. The food from start to finish (we managed 4 courses!) was well presented and tasted as good as it looked! Whether it’s for date night, a family dinner, or girls night out this place fits the bill for any occasion.

   Excellent food, kind, knowledgeable service-- altogether worth the hype! Dinner was a birthday treat for my partner and we left incredibly satisfied. We will be coming back!
