Service really good, my steak chimichurri greens with burrata and sweet potato tasted delicious and all great quality apart from the steak which was quite tough and chewy. Shane as everything else fab, especially the view of course!

Second tie we’ve been here and as the first time it was a lovely atmosphere and the food was amazing. I can’t remember our waiters name but he was brilliant one of the best waiters we’ve met, so courteous and just in general fantastic he clearly loved his job and is a real people person which you want in a nice restaurant

My son has autism , I went the day before to ask them for a quite table and if they could do food he likes if I bring bring it ,,, they were more than happy to do so ,,, it was a brilliant night , the place is amazing

The service was very good. Very helpful waiter and seating manager - who tried hard to get us a good table for 4 persons. The flavour of the food was good. It was reasonably priced. BUT the food was cold. Just cold. And a large breakfast with eggs, bacon etc should be served hot. And the waiting time from ordering to being served was approximately 45 minutes. Sadly, not our intention to visit again for some time.

We love coming to The Perch on the Pier. Been a few times now. The menu is completely different from other restaurants and money-wise is good value. The service is always good and the surroundings are just spectacular. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Great location professional staff, my only grumble is that the tofush portion is too small, in comparison to the fish

My first visit to Perch on the Pier for my Wife’s birthday lunch, very impressed with the decor and service , clearly a place where people return again and again . Having patronised ‘The Perch’ at Lancing on several occasions I had high expectations for the food and I was not disappointed. Our party included a vegan, two vegetarians, a pescatarian and myself (a dedicated carnivore) and I was impressed by the range of choices for all of us on what is a relatively compact menu. For me though the highlight of the meal was dessert, normally I would have automatically chosen the cheese cake, but they were sold out so I opted for the mini doughnuts with black coconut ice cream, it was a perfectly delightful and tasty end to my meal and I will definitely be back for more!
