   You need to go. The food is spectacular, and both options of drink pairings are lovely. The non-alcoholic pairings were imaginative and so tasty. The sommelier knows his business, the service was stellar, fast and friendly. The portion sizes were good - although there are 9 courses, you do not leave feeling too full or not fed enough.

   Excellent meal over all. We absolutely loved 7 out of the 9 dishes. One savoury that we both found just ok and a little acidic for our taste and i would say the dessert was the only disappointment. I had heard that prior to attending and unfortunately it was accurate. Just didn’t live up to the rest of the meal. By no means did that overshadow the rest of the courses that were beautifully prepared and executed. A nice verity of proteins. Service was great. It was a nice pace for 9 courses. Definitely a treat as it’s not inexpensive but i certainly think the value is there.

   Incredible tasting experience, the wines were paired perfectly with the meals which were innovative and presented perfectly. Both the sommelier and server were knowledgeable and fun. Being able to look into the open kitchen and see the chefs prepare the meals right in front of us was a real highlight.

   Perch was such a unique experience, we did the 9 course tasting menu and every dish takes you on a journey. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something special.

   What a great experience we've had. The service was not only superb, but we were served by extremely competent servers, who took the time to explain how the food was prepared and where the ingredients came from, always in a very friendly manner. The proposed drinks to accompany the food were perfect matches. Speaking of the food, this was among the best I have had for a long time. I highly recommend this culinary experience!

   This was a phenomenal treat- starting with a gift certificate from our daughter and her partner. From out-of-country they searched sustainable, Canadian, creative and accommodating. And found perch. The nine course surprised tasting menu was one wonderful surprise after another, paired with interesting alcohols. The calvados/vermouth/amaro house blend at the end was deeply memorable. Back to the food. Fennel poached mussels, mustard macaron with scallop, salmon squash pudding, etc etc and etc. Each dish was unique and satisfying. I appreciated the “kitchen waste” dessert at the end of the meal and also that it wasn’t too sweet, but it was the one miss, if only because it was quite dry. We loved the experience and will definitely be back.

   Wonderful pleasant service, very delicious food, the non alcoholic pairing was interesting. The one pairing did not hit the mark as it tasted purely like vinegar. Food was top notch until the dessert which all 4 of us agreed did not taste very good. I appreciate the effort to not want to have food waste but the dessert tasted as much which made us wonder if the team actually tasted and approved it. Again, the service and team was outstanding and this place is worth a visit, or many.

    Excellent food prepared with meticulous detail. The staff are so warm and friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink. Was able to accommodate a few dietary restrictions with attention to detail even in providing me the menu that reflected those changes. Wonderful evening experience and hope to find some of the wines again.
