   Have a wonderful time celebrating my birthday. They were able to accommodate our large group and had great service. Our server Nick was very bubbly and even the bartender came around, lovely young curly haired woman who was the sweetest. The host was also so great, you could tell she really enjoyed her job. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

   Immersive decor, energetic and personable hostess and server, and enviable thematic integrity from decor to menus to “scripts” used in conversation with guests. There’s a lot to love about Permanent Vacation. Unfortunately, food and beverages are only fair (one of our drinks - a room temp “hot toddy” was truly terrible). Good variety on the menu and recipes seem to be on point. Issues seem to be more of a bartender skills gap - not knowing how to achieve the optimal balance and blend in each drink - and maybe some lack of care in the kitchen (calamari was cool to the touch and stuck together in clumps). Hope the mixology and food prep improve because we want PV to succeed.

   We're already planning our next visit. Tasty cocktails prepared by fabulous bartenders who really know their stuff. Small and cozy. The staff at Copper Rocket were friendly, too!

   Our server Brooke was great!! The drinks were too sweet and didn’t taste like there was much alcohol so I hate paying for a high price drink when not much in it. Great atmosphere but too hype for the prices of the drinks.

    Just when I thought this place couldn’t be cooler… the hell’s swamp Halloween overlay proved me wrong!! 10/10 experience I will be back again and again. The staff is so accommodating and the bartenders are awesome. Such a great vibe!
