                                                                                                                                                                                                        After being highly recommended, we had the candlelit dinner on Valentine’s Day weekend. I was pretty disappointed. Had a Pellegrino bottle dropped off at the table and never poured until I went to pour myself, then the server came and poured our glass. My girlfriend asked for no anchovies, as the ceaser salad comes with anchovies. The salad came with anchovies, it took us around 5 mins to get the servers attention and he quickly swapped the salad out. We were never offered pepper on our salads when we got them, the server then offered. Server then brought us bread once we had our salads already since they hadn’t brought any. We had barely gotten our entree when they brought our dessert to the table. Server noticed and offered to take it back. Manager then came and apologized and they comped the pellegrino and pork chop skewers, not even the value of the glass of wine. The food was really good, but the experience was not. I understand it was really busy and we had a later reservation but if they can’t accommodate customers then they shouldn’t be taking the reservation. For a $300+ dollar tab I expected more, I’ve had a better experience at Cooper’s Hawk for half the price. Very hard to come back after that.
