I took my parents there bc tomorrow is my father's birthday, also we had some poor experiences last year, and we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the service today is even worse. Our service was not friendly and I can barely hear what she said since the music is quiet loud. After I mentioned the situation to a customer manager after we almost finished everything, the server presented more friendly, but we already had unpleasant feeling and my parents told me they never want to come back this location again even though food is good.

There was a miscommunication about outdoor seating and my reservation being on the patio, however immediately after making the reservation online, I called the restaurant and they assured me that they were changing it for inside seating as I did have a child and did not want to spend Thanksgiving sitting outside in the cold. I confirmed with the host multiple times that we will be in the main dining room upstairs as we wanted to make sure we had the best experience as we were celebrating Thanksgiving out. Once we got there and begin checking in, there was a lot of back-and-forth about my reservation being sat on the patio. Even though I explained I had called and spoke with someone with a weeks advance notice and there was supposed to be a note in the system and a change of seating my family was still sat downstairs near the bar section. Even though the miscommunication was an error on the company side, I would have understood if the restaurant was so crowded and there were no available seating upstairs however there was availability upstairs and countless other parties with no reservation were set upstairs while we were made to sit downstairs in the bar like setting. The ambience downstairs is not comparable to what it is upstairs and ultimately did not meet my expectations for celebrating my holiday with family trying something different this year. The food was great, however my server did not have a pleasant demeanor and left much to be desired. I felt very rushed along and was not even offered a desert menu. I read previous comments about great service and great ambiance and I’m saddened my family did not get to experience that.

John our waiter was the best , prompt attentive and knowledgeable Restaurant was a little noisy, but expected due to being crowded Food was excellent , apps , and main course Sorry no room for desert maybe next time 👍

I planned ahead to take my 97-year-old mother out to dinner on Thanksgiving. We had a reservation at 6:30 that clearly indicated we needed a handicapped accessible table. We waited for almost 2 hours by the elevator to the parking garage for the table. When we got it, it was one of three in the place. It was right by the door and freezing cold. The waitress was about as personable as someone checking you out at Walmart. The steaks were very well cooked. The salad was exceptional. The sides were mediocre - at $15 each that was a little disappointing. The pork chop was just OK. It was oily and salty. The best thing it had going for it was being gigantic. It felt like the big store of steakhouses. It’s not how you want to spend special occasion. The lights outside the restaurant were very pretty.

Was disappointed in the Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Never had fatty turkey before. Lovely restaurant. Was seated at a window, as I'd requested. Efficient & friendly staff & servers. Creme brulee was delicious

My husband said his pork chop was the best he has ever had!! Our waiter, Mateo was awesome and a shoutout to the hostess who was so kind. To top it off the view was amazing! We will be back even though we live closer to another location for the wonderful people and views. Thank you!!

It’s always such a pleasant experience for me and my kids. It’s the 1 time my kids get sooo excited to dress up top notch and enjoy this beautiful restaurant and ambiance.
