   It was our first time and generally enjoyed it. They had live music, which was wonderful. The place was nicely kept and decorated. The server was friendly and attentive. Some of the food items were excellent. One item I had to sent back and cancel off our bill and one item portion was pathetically small for a pasta dish, more of an appetizer. They didn’t try to make good on the bad meal item by offering even a coffee though, which was bad business. Wine selection was small and way overpriced. More than four times the bottle cost. Not sure if we’ll ever return, but it was worth a try for some of the items on the menu. I know it’s hard to have a restaurant business these days and so many along that Lakeshore strip have come and gone over the last few years. So we wanted to support a local spot and may do so again.

   Very disappointing. We were served the wrong appetizer. It took an hour and a half for our meal to arrive after many reminders and queries. The lobster linguini was terrible, the lobster tail was extremely tough. The sausage and rapini dish was sent back as it was also terrible.

   Celebrated birthday here last night. There were six of us. Apparently there was a staff shortage so the service was understandably excruciatingly slow. Even after we got our food, one of us didn’t not have her food brought out until the rest of us were half way through our meals. I ordered the chicken spaghetti. The chicken batter was burnt and chicken was dry. For all the dishes, the portion was quite small. Overall, I find the quality to be average but the food is very pricey compared to other upscale Italian restaurants in Oakville.

   Tried here for the first time to celebrate mine and my husband’s birthdays. Beautiful spot located in downtown Oakville. Very quaint and chic. Service was amazing and the food out did itself! Our compliments to the Chef! Loved the Saxophone player they had during the evening which was a nice touch and jazz-feel ambience to it. Looking forward to going back!

   Wonderful evening with family. Our server, Raquel, was very attentive. The food presentation was pleasing and the taste was mouth watering!

   New Years was busy and the seafood was grilled a little too long and over charred making it a little dried out and chewy. The linguini was great and the risotto was spectacular. The desserts and cocktails were very good. The background music was fitting and enjoyable. Our server Tali was excellent.

    Booked over OpenTable and made a request to sit near the jazz player but it seems like this was overlooked. The table was unsteady and didn't have olive oil and balsamic on it so when the bread course came, I had to gather it from a different table because no server was around to ask for it. The food overall was great, but I am not sure we'll be returning.
