Neither New Yorkers, patrons are both the Williamsburg and great neck restaurants for over 50 years. I’ve never had a meal where my steak was improperly prepared with the product quality was below Peter Lugar standards until last night. The service was on par with New York. Hi, could not recommend this restaurant to anyone after my experience last evening. Surprisingly, management was distant and unavailable… The diametric opposite of what would’ve happened in New York. If this is an own location, you need management trained, if it’s a franchise, they are diminishing your brand.

Service was subpar given reputation of brand. - 1 appetizer was incorrect - too much time between appetizer and main course served - too much time between main course and server return (who didn't return) to get check.

Food was amazing as usual! Service was great. Shout out to the lady assisting our main server. I didn’t catch her name but she was so wonderful. I told her that my mom was allergic to walnuts and she took the sundae back immediately without hesitation. We weren’t even sure if it was indeed walnuts but she gave us a brand new sundae. Love that kind of service. Friendly and super thoughtful. We’ll be back!

Was not a fan of the steak. Food was also too salty for our taste. Shrimp cocktail was amazing as was the service.

Growing up dining at Peter Luger in Brooklyn and Long Island, I’ve been fortunate to experience the pinnacle of steakhouse excellence. Naturally, I approached the new Las Vegas location with a touch of skepticism—how could it possibly live up to the iconic legacy? I am delighted to report that Peter Luger Las Vegas not only met expectations but exceeded them with finesse. From the moment we were seated, the service was nothing short of impeccable. The staff’s attention to detail was extraordinary, creating an experience that felt seamless and elevated. We began with the classic shrimp cocktail and the legendary thick-cut bacon. Both were executed to perfection, with the bacon, in particular, being a masterclass in richness and texture. For the main course, we indulged in the signature steak for two, accompanied by German potatoes and creamed spinach. The steak was cooked to an ideal charred crust and tender interior, embodying everything you expect from a Peter Luger cut. The sides were equally impressive—the potatoes were crisp yet pillowy, and the creamed spinach was luscious, providing the perfect balance to the richness of the steak. Under my meticulous scrutiny, each element of the meal excelled. Presentation, flavor, and execution were flawless, making this a meal fit for royalty.
