The restaurant had closed for renovations but had not communicated with Open Table so accepted the reservation but was otherwise unavailable for communication.

We were going for a birthday and only due to running five minutes late, I called to hear that the place was closed. We then had to re route our taxi to another place. We were very let down. Maybe an issue with open table / no communication to block reservations

Restaurant was shut. Took my credit card details and wasn’t even open. There were three other groups who had the same issue.

THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED! WE ENDED UP WITHOUT KNOWING WHERE TO EAT AT 10PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT = IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A SET IN A DECENT RESTAURANT

The food is delicious and the service was really attentive- possibly even a touch too much. Definitely recommend

The food is very good and of high quality and the service is impeccable. Being a SoCal native however, I have a hard time justifying the price. $150 for a couple of cocktails and what amounts to Mexican tapas makes Peyote pretentious which is something Mexican food should never be. Went once for a special occasion and we really wanted good Mexican food (and they delivered, to be sure) so worth the effort in the end.
