It took us quite a while to be waited on, and we were done with the appetizer before I rec’d my drink, but other than that, it was fine. The food was wonderful as always. I had Changs Spicy Chicken and my husband had grilled Kung Pao Shrimp and we upgraded to fries rice. For the up charge, there should be more in the rice than a couple of peas and a couple of pieces of carrot. It seems like it has out priced other restaurants in its class though. I would go back because I do love their food.

Years ago when PF Changs opened it was really good food. Now, my family and I feel like it’s just gone down hill. Quality of food, decor, etc. They need to find the passion to make this a really good spot to eat again. We went in a Friday night at 7pm, when it should have been very busy, and over half the tables were empty.

They have trimmed their menu so many favorite dishes are no longer available. They also no longer take coupons.

Service was superb. Just the right level of attention and excellent service! Food is typically great, flavors are delicious and portions are just the right size. I love to order 2-3 different things and share them with my wife. Dessert was on the 'smaller' side, but I actually appreciated that. It was just enough to satisfy my sweet-tooth to wrap up a delicious meal. On the 'even better if', our ribs came out 'cold', and while they took steps to make it right, they where still not as hot as I would've expected them to be. That was just curious. Still they where very apologetic and nice about it.

Service was extremely slow and restaurant was not busy. The noodles came out soggy. The crab rangoons were cold and overcooked. My daughter’s meal came out completely wrong.

They have changed their menu to simplify the dishes. My wife's favorite shrimp with lobster sauce is no longer available as is hot tea(They only had ice tea). The BBQ ribs no longer had Asian cole slaw.

Server was excellent. Very professional and constantly checking on us. Would request her again. However, hostess was rude and disrespectful, didn’t know how to find our reservations in OpenTable and after the 7 minutes it took for her to do so, she made us feel like children when we asked to not sit at the table directly in front of the door. There were two managers that ignored us during the time we were waiting, 3 servers that came to the host stand complaining about when they will be sat next, which overall made our “welcome” kind of uncomfortable and awkward. We didn’t receive our soup and had to ask for it, but not the servers fault (at least I don’t think). Overall, can’t beat the food, but the front of house could use some encouragement on guest services. Everyone is visible to the guests, not just at the table once being served.

We were big fans of P.F. Chang's - Alpharetta. However, this restaurant has continued to go downhill. Prices have gone up and food quality and portion size have been reduced. Service is average at best. Hopefully, they will improve. ??????
