Average for sure. The hostess was welcoming and kind, but we waited 25 minutes for a table. We made reservations three days ago. The table was still wet and food and other trash were all over on the floor under the table. The waiter was decent however he was not attentive to our needs such as to refill water glasses. It was New Years Eve and the place was not that crowded. Our family made the most of it. The food was so-so. Not like it used to be many years ago.

I dined at PF Chang for the first time in a long time, and it was a very good experience. Our group of four was waited on by a really good, very personable young woman named Crystal. I think I can say we were all pleased with the food and drinks we ordered. We had the "Chef's Feast for 4." Two observations: 1. The menu pricing was better than I expected. So well done there. 2. Quite a few dishes I enjoyed over the years have been removed. I suspect it's easier to operate with a smaller menu, but I also think the offerings have perhaps been "watered down." I'm not a maniacal fan of highly spiced foods, but I always enjoyed items like Dan Dan Noodles, the spicy (Szechuan?) shrimp and calamari dish, and other options no longer available.

The food was not good and the waitress we got never even smiled. It was my dads bday and we felt we where walking on eggshells around our waitress. We would ask for things and felt we were bothering her. Won't go back. Appetizers were ok.

Typical good experience. Food quality is good but declining over the past few years. Service was better than last couple of visits.

I show up and they tell me they do not recognize open table. Put me in the list telling me 10-15 minutes 30 minutes later I had to ask them to seat us.

The food was really good and they have lots of healthy options. We had to wait 30 minutes even though we had a reservation, that's too long. The service was a little slower than we would have liked.

Apparently this P.F. Chang’s system isn’t linked to open table. We made a reservation and we’re still told that we’d have to wait an hour because their system doesn’t show reservations from Open Table. Beware if you’re trying to make a reservation through here! We left and went somewhere else.
