We arrived at PF Changs on time for our reservation. After waiting approximately fifteen minutes we were given a table right near the restroom at the back of the restaurant which contained remnants of the previous customer's food stuck to the bench seating. The table was not the correct height for the seating, which was low enough that it hit at an awkward level closer to my collarbone than my waist, making me feel like I needed a booster seat. We asked the hostess for a different table and were told one wasn't available (even though there were a number of vacant tables). The staff at the hostess stand were indifferent. Since we didn't want to wait for an indeterminate amount of time for a table we chose to leave and went to another restaurant. We also noted that a couple that had been seated ahead of us had been given the same table and then were moved to regular height booth.

we had evan who had only been working there for 4 days! he was awesome!! super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu! recommended so many good dishes like the fire cracker shrimp. everything was delicious, even the drinks!

Couldn't help but think this was a second or third generation corporate chain buyout not particularly interested in the quality of the food, but rather some other metrics like smell, taste, appearance, etc. In other words, generic considerations relevant in typical bored meetings with 'shareholders.' It was a nearly unrecognizable experience from my one other visit to PFC many years ago, when it was just a chain restaurant. The menu was boring, presenting the most common of the common Americanized Chinese dishes. And the food tasted similarly, with not a hint of excitement, unique flavor, presentation, or ingredients. The decor was not at all Asian, or Chinese, more like a generic international office building with no hint of culture, place, or even time, as it could have been a mid-century lobby turned into a restaurant. If I recall most entrees were about $20. I'm trying to be objective, but the bottom line is I can't recommend this restaurant, unless you're going to die of hunger before finding a better place to spend your money.

Worst experience ever. Tables and chairs were being dragged around without considering the noise it was causing.

PF Chang's is one of our favorite places for Asian food. We enjoyed our meal here very much: hot & sour soup, sesame chicken, pad thai combo. The portions are quite generous, so were able to enjoy it again at home a couple of days later.

We sat outside on the patio and it was quiet so we could talk . They have added a lot more vegetarian options which is excellent . I preferred the old vegetarian lettuce wraps without the fried tofu chunks . Nevertheless they were tasty . Will Have to go back to try more options .

Consistent service and good food. There were some new selections and a new dessert offering! We enjoyed our dining experience and our waitperson was excellent!

Just always an amazing dinning experience. The food was great as always. Only complaint we was we had a gluten free diner with us and asked repeatedly about gluten free options. We ordered several dishes making sure two came off the gluten free options the server gave us only to find out the server didn’t put them both in as gluten free. We will be much clearer next time.

“I generally enjoy dining at PF Chang’s, but unfortunately, the location at the Arboretum fell short of expectations. The restaurant had a tired and unkempt appearance, with worn-out furniture that detracted from the ambiance. Additionally, the quality of the food did not meet the usual standards I associate with this chain, leaving us disappointed overall.”
