While we still like the atmosphere and the service was good, there is something about the quality of the food that is just different. Our favorite dishes have changed and some have been eliminated. Not much sushi selection anymore.

Nancy our server was great. Always enjoy PF Changs. Reservations make eating there makes a big difference vs old long waits in past.

It was an okay experience, what I didn’t know was mostly all of the food is cross contaminated for those with shellfish allergies.

The food was cold - took too long to get served abs then had to wait for drinks for awhile

I made the reservation a month ago. When we arrive they said we didn’t have one. Even though I should him my confirmation. He said oh if you used open table, they didn’t go through. He put us on the list and said give me a few minutes. Over an hour later we were taken to our table. If you cannot receive reservations from open table then don’t use them as your source for that. Very disappointed in the entire diner. Food was delayed and had been sitting for a while.

My entrée was not hot at all. Was barely even warm. Very disappointing. This is the third visit that my food was not at a proper temp.

PF is a tasty experience eating Asian inspired fare. My wife and MIL are Chinese. We enjoyed the food. The servers have not been trained how Cinese is eaten differently than American food.

I remembered after ordering why I usually only get the Chang’s lettuce wraps and spicy green beans, because they are the only items on the menu that are consistently good. I ordered Kung Pao chicken, it was breaded and tasteless, I asked for spicy and they just threw some dried, not cooked in the wok peppers on top. My white rice was clumpy and not fresh. My guest ordered Sesame chicken and the broccoli was under cooked. Service was acceptable, but we had to flag our server down a couple of times. Overall, I won’t be going again and if I do I will only order the lettuce wraps.

From the time my party of 2 arrived until 10 minutes later when we happened to be sitting next to a party of 2 in the waiting area the Hostess thought we were a party of four. She forgot who we were from one minute to the next and seemed genuinely disinterested in her role. She sat us at a table that as she adjusted it had an obvious wobble resulting in a large amount of soy sauce to spill onto the table, Instead of recognizing the issue and much less offer a cleanup, she started to walk away. I stopped her with a simple request to please seat us in a 2-spot booth. What was looking like a train wreck event was saved by our server who was top notch and attentive. The food was good and as expected for PF Chang's but my wife and I both commented how the restaurant was more cafeteria-like and lacked the pizzazz that it once possessed. We will most likely return to another PF Chang's in the future (typically 1x - 2x per year), but our expectations for a high quality, fun dining experience continues to diminish with each subsequent dinner. If there were a 3.5 star option I would have distinguished given hostess experience.
