Not busy still took quite some time for service. Then rice was served undercook and protein was over cooked

We had a reservation for 7:30. We arrived at 7:15 and were seated around 7:35. We waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. We placed our food order at the same time. Our appetizer didn’t arrive until 8:15. Don’t go here unless you like to wait.

Took almost 25 minutes after being seated for any waiter to even acknowledge our presence and offer us water (I complained after 20 minutes). Portions were nicely sized. My daughter enjoyed her Korean style fried chicken (a newer menu item) and California roll. The lettuce wraps were ok but were very salty, as was my entree. Overall, our worst experience at a P.F. Chang’s to date.

Very disappointed. Have been going here for years. Must be a new chef kitchen and waiters. With prices up food I would have thought a better outcome.

Has a fast food vibe, not a restaurant. Extremely loud, the appetizers came out late and then one minute later our dinner came. Definitely not the P.F. Chang’s experience that we are accustomed to.

Had a reservation for 7pm, showed up with my party on time and was told that I would have to wait an hour before being seated. Restaurant was half full. Went to a restaurant next door and was seated right away. If restaurant can’t honor reservation, they shouldn’t allow guests to make them.

My experience was absolutely great, our server was wonderful. She made my special phenomenal only issue was the AC was not working which was beyond her control

First waiter kept asking if I was going to order when she was told someone else was joining. Had an attitude when we couldn’t decide what to eat and instead of giving us a chance to look at the menu, she was rushing us. Shortly after receiving our food a second waiter assisted us because the other waiter’s shift ended. It is my understanding she just wanted to close our ticket before her shift ended.

Everything was excellent. Pepper Steak sauce was a little on the salty side but after removing the steak from the sauce it was great. Mongolian Beef is always delicious. Edamame is one of my favorites. Trey was our server and he was very attentive, and friendly, and we would come back again and ask for Trey to care for us again!
