   It was Valentine’s Day. Even with a reservation, it took quite some time to be seated. Apparently the bar tender walked out so our server was assisting her customers and helping at the bar. Food took an hour to come out and was satisfactory not as good as it should have been

   This restaurant took on too many reservations or were not fully staffed. We were told that the kitchen wasn’t able to get entrees out for 45 minutes to an hour but we decided that was not uncommon for a busy Valentines Day. We sat down at 6:10pm and by 7:30pm we told the server to cancel our order. It was no longer worthwhile. I’d mention that the server only came back 1-2x during that whole hour and a half. I won’t mention all the other things that were poor about this visit because it is way too much.

   After driving an hour and a half to get there the location first told us we didn’t have a reservation. When I shoulder them the confirmation from open table they told us P.f. chang’s isn’t working with OpenTable anymore and refused to seat us. They said we could wait but they were backed up a couple of hours and we would have to wait like everyone else. Please tell me what’s going on here? Very frustrating and unpleasant experience

   DO NOT USE OPEN TABLE: the restaurant claims they do not accept open table reservations. They blame it on OpenTable and say that they will not remove them from their site. Arrived at 4:10 for 430 reservation and was immediately told that we did not have a reservation or a call ahead. Because it was a Saturday and immediately after Christmas, we had over a 45 minute wait for four people. We were not the only ones who came in to find their reservation, didn’t exist.

   Made a reservation for my family of three for Christmas Eve. Received a confirmation, and then a reminder email. However, when we showed up the hostess informed us they no longer have a contract with OpenTable and that our reservation was null. I asked how we were supposed to know that and she shrugged saying, "I don't know." We were told we could wait for a table but that the wait was almost two hours and they closed at 9:00, our reservation was at 7:30. Being Christmas Eve, our options were nonexistent so late and my elderly parent needed to eat. We ended up finding a hole in the wall Chinese place down the street. Quite disappointing as P.F. Chang's has sentimental value, which is why I made the reservation and long drive to surprise my family. Horrible service for them to not apologize for or honor what is their mistake.

   We made reservations on OpenTable for 6 (some of whom were out of town guests), for 5:45 pm Christmas Eve after our church service. By the way OpenTable was the reason we chose to eat at PF Chang's. We arrived on time but were told by the greeter and the acting manager PF Chang no longer used OpenTable and basically so sorry Charlie not our problem. They put us on a waitlist and said it would be about 15 min. One hour later we let them know we were leaving and overheard another customer at the desk who had also made reservations on OpenTable getting the same highly non customer service response as we. All very disappointing, frustrating, and a feeling of disregard for the customer.

   Server Michael was excellent. Hard worker. Smart worker. Made excellent Culinary & Drink Recommendations. Great interpersonal skills.

    Food was extremely salty (Singapore Noodles). Teriyaki beef was too sweet.
