We selected this location over the one in St. Charles, where we reside due to anticipated superior service and cuisine. The dining experience met our expectations. The service team delivered our meal expeditiously. From app to entrees, the food was hot and delicious. The dining room layout enabled occasional adjacent table noise. I will travel for this experience again.

The food was very good. Service lacked. No serving spoon with food. There were only 4 pieces of lettuce with lettuce wraps. I asked for the old sauce that was served with lettuce wraps, and eventually, someone brought out the 3 sauces for me to do it myself... with no extra bowl to even mix it myself. They have put a premium price uncharge on the lettuce wraps as your appetizer with the $19.99 per person special. Trying to even get the servers' attention was a challenge. No hurry to go back.

OpenTable reservation helped skip long line. Not enough parking. Seated at table that had dirty table and seating. Long intervals between being seen by waitress. Long wait time for food. Fastest service was to pick up payment for meal.

I love PF Chang’s food. So many options and all good. Our server was the best. So relaxing.

This P.F. Chang’s is consistently good, and 1000% better than the one in St Charles. Better food and better staff.

Food and rice on the floor around tables . Staff just wiped the food off the table on the floor . Out table was still wet. I had to use my table cloth to dry the table and kick off the food from the floor under my feet. The server was nice but the quality of the food was not as I have gotten used to from PF Chang O I ordered hot and sour soup but they were out(first time I have heard that). ? Under staffed. We will not be back

1. The hostess didn’t mark that we were there so all through dinner I kept getting texts that they were holding our table. 2. We were sat right in front of a loud group so it was hard to hear each other talking. 3. The server lied to us. She said 90% of her customers had Celiac and had to eat gluten free, that is impossible as there aren’t that many out there. 4. It took a very long time to get our food. The loud group behind kept getting different things and the lady behind me came in about 30 mins after us and she had her food before we did. 5. We were over charged in every meal by $1-$2.
