   I liked being able to make a reservation at Crabtree so I knew I would be able to have lunch when I wanted to there. The restaurant was not crowded so my reservation probably was not necessary. We had a quiet leisurely lunch. The food was fine, but nothing special

   Everything was fabulous: service, mood AND our server! However the resturant was so cold, I couldn’t hardly enjoy my meal. Just for the record, I also heard the table next to our verbalizing the same complaint.

   We have eaten at this location for years. It has always been great food and great service. Unfortunately, the food isn't so great anymore. And, they are serving it in chipped bowls because "they're expensive, and they don't want to throw them away." Be careful if you get wine. Our glasses looked like they were washed but missed the rinse cycle. When we sent them back, we we "guaranteed " by the bartender that they were better. Better yes, clean no. We ordered soup. When we asked for the crunchy noodles that come with it, we were told they are now charging $0.99 for them. Seriously?? Our entrees arrived, and let's just say they weren't up to par this time. So disappointing.

   I used to love P.F. Chang’s I hadn’t been in a long time and wanted to go for a night out. My food was bad/greasy and tasted like cheap take out, it also cost twice as much as it used to. The restaurant is also kind of run down, the bathrooms etc just look worn out, it needs a makeover. The server never even came back to refill my drink. I just feel like the restaurant I used to love doesn’t exist anymore.

   The service was great! The food was fair at best. The hot and sour wasn't as good as I remember it to be and the lettus raps didn't quite taste the same.

   We had a terrible experience- my wife has a shellfish allergy and could not eat any of the entrees and very few appetizers. This is the first time we visited this restaurant and it will also be the last. You’d think a chain restaurant like this would have a separate fryer or could at least pan sear her dinner. We had to order Cheesecake Factory next door ( who could accommodate her allergy) in order for her to eat dinner.

   Waitress didnt check on us, food was forgotten, we didnt get refills.

   The food at PF Chang’s Raleigh is always fabulous and the service is magnificent! Pad Thai is my fave! Other amazing entrees at our table were Chang’s Spicy Chicken and Spicy Orange 🍊 Chicken.

   We had the worse service ever. Our waiter just smiled and nodded his head but brought us nothing that we asked for. This used to be one of our go-tos but I don’t think we will return to this location.
