We got there early to avoid the dinner, rush, and I was shocked at how dirty it was. There was many tables filled with dishes with food on the ground. I don’t know if they were short staffed that night or what but management needs to get on the ball The food was really good and our waitress was super nice, but they got crazy busy as we were leaving and I just felt that there had to be something wrong with the staff not being able to keep up with the tables

We were a party of 10 and our service was extremely slow. We received our bill before the drinks that were ordered midway thru dinner.

I waited 45 minutes for a reservation. The pork dumplings were delicious, but the fried rice was subpar. They don't offer bread or a free appetizer to start. The portions were not worth the price of each item. I'm not planning on going back.

This establishment did not have enough people serving on Wednesday evening around 6:30p which caused the limited staff to be stretched too thin and resulting in inadequate service.

The 5 of us enjoyed our night at PFC's and enjoyed our meals. Very consistent from our previous visits to PFC, the food came to the table at the right temperatures and in good time after ordering. Our server was friendly and attentive and kept our drinks filled.

Waiter was slow to take order, but was generally good the remainder of the meal. The food, however, was not great. We eat at PF Chang's maybe once per year or a little less, and I feel like the quality has gone way down. Honestly, I felt like I was eating at a cheap Buffalo Wild Wings where all the food is simply frozen food that is "cooked" in a deep fryer before serving. I've always enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but the current menu and cooking are not worth the drive or price. I can't recommend it anymore.

We went here with my child who has celiac disease because PF Chang’s has a gluten free menu. We have eaten at other locations and been fine. Here, our meal was contaminated with gluten and my kid got sick. I don’t blame the waiter, who was great, but the kitchen. We will not return. In addition, they ran out of serving spoons so we were never given any with our entrees. Ridiculous.

This wound be the 2nd time I’ve been to this location and I’ve had to send my food back because they messed up my order.
