P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept founded on making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. Created in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, P.F. Chang’s is the first multi-unit restaurant concept in the U.S. to honour and celebrate the 2,000-year-old tradition of wok cooking as the center of the guest experience. Since inception, P.F. Chang’s chefs have been hand-rolling dim sum, hand chopping and slicing all vegetables and meats, scratch cooking every sauce and wok-cooking each dish, every day in every restaurant.

Food was good and overall experience was positive. Server was very nice but obviously very new and not well trained. She started every conversation by apologizing which she had done nothing wrong, she was doing her job.

My favorite restaurant when i wanted to celebrate anything with my family. Im so delighted to see how they decorated the table for my daughter’s birthday.

I’ve eaten at a few different locations in the US and Canada. My Wife has only had Chang’s once and it was in Phoenix and wasn’t the best experience. She loved everything about this visit. Food was incredible. Great drinks too. Will be back.

Extremely greasy and oily food Lacked flavour We were looking forward to the Salt n Pepper shrimp Came out drenched in oil. The fried rice was a lump of rice The lettuce wraps featured minced chicken drenched in sauce. Overall, it was very poor food quality Could have gotten better food in a mall
