Dined on 11/20 for my moms birthday and we were seated at a round table it was set up wonderfully, our host and server and fellow bussers and or servers were absolutely wonderful. I had marked on our reservation for birthday and there was a card sitting on our table which made my mom’s birthday all the more special. I always get the pad Thai with chicken and it’s my absolute favorite dish and I’m looking forward to our next visit here for my birthday.

We went to celebrate our anniversary. To start we got there early and had a cocktail first. The bartender was very friendly and efficient. We then were notified that our table was ready. The booth we sat at had a happy Anniversary sign on, very sweet. Our server approached our table quickly and we started off with an appetizer. The meal experience was great. The manager stopped by asked how things were and wished us a happy anniversary. We will definitely be back.

Our food was good. The timeliness of our food, however, was long. We are not sure if it was a server or kitchen situation. We do like P.F. Chang’s & will go back as this was the exception rather than the rule. We typically ask for Cadance as our server, but she was not there that particular evening.

I love it! I always make reservations since it gets so busy regardless of the time and day. They are quick to take us back each time. Tonight we just wanted a nice family dinner and got exactly what we wanted. The manager recommended the new Taiwanese popcorn chicken and it was delicious! Our food came in on time even though there was a lot of people. We were in and out in an hour, exactly what we wanted. Customer service is always excellent!

Everything was perfect, including my sister’s birthday dessert treat - complete with sparkler! I have a food allergy, and they were very helpful in telling me which selections I could enjoy.

We have been to PF Changs so many time and this was the first time we were disappointed! The food was lacking in quality and they took the good item off the menu. Quality is everything.
