Went here for Valentine’s Day and had a good time. Just was weird when we got seated next to the window when I specifically said we wanted a booth for reservation. Also had to wait 15 minutes to be seated even with the reservation. But we had great food the Chang Chicken is so good. Also was bummed our table didn’t have a rose but many others did. Had good quick service but messed up once or twice with the drink orders. Overall 3 of 5!

Our experience was great, I loved our waitress she was very attentive and friendly, I wished we could've got a booth, but we understand it was busy due to Valentines Day.

We were sat by the window and it was very cold i. The restaurant. The food and service was great

I love their tofu lettuce wraps, Ma Pa Tofu, and banana roll dessert. Delicious, affordable, great service!

Have not been to P.F. Chang's in many years. Service was excellent. Food was even better. Not cheap, but worth it. Will be back soon.

We made a 7:30 PM reservation for New Year’s Eve several days in advance, but when we arrived, the restaurant was completely packed. To our surprise, we were told it would be at least an hour before we could be seated. What’s the point of taking reservations if they aren’t honored? There was no apology or effort to address the situation, and we ultimately decided to leave because we weren’t willing to wait more than an hour. This was incredibly frustrating for our family on such a busy evening. If a restaurant is going to accept reservations, they should ensure those with reservations are seated in a timely manner. Very disappointed with the lack of organization and customer service.

There was a disconnect between the restaurant and OpenTable. The restaurant had no awareness of the reservation I made on OpenTable. This was New Year’s Eve so I can understand a high volume night.

The food and our server was amazing! Just wish they had not given our reservations away before we showed up.

Busy night but our reservation didn't seem to count for anything, we were seated 45 minutes late. The bar was understaffed, though the bartender was doing his best; took 20 minutes to get a drink. The meal was fine but service was rushed, very clearly wanting us to finish up and leave; we were offered dessert when we were half was through our main course!
