We made a 7:30 PM reservation for New Year’s Eve several days in advance, but when we arrived, the restaurant was completely packed. To our surprise, we were told it would be at least an hour before we could be seated. What’s the point of taking reservations if they aren’t honored? There was no apology or effort to address the situation, and we ultimately decided to leave because we weren’t willing to wait more than an hour. This was incredibly frustrating for our family on such a busy evening. If a restaurant is going to accept reservations, they should ensure those with reservations are seated in a timely manner. Very disappointed with the lack of organization and customer service.

There was a disconnect between the restaurant and OpenTable. The restaurant had no awareness of the reservation I made on OpenTable. This was New Year’s Eve so I can understand a high volume night.

The food and our server was amazing! Just wish they had not given our reservations away before we showed up.

Busy night but our reservation didn't seem to count for anything, we were seated 45 minutes late. The bar was understaffed, though the bartender was doing his best; took 20 minutes to get a drink. The meal was fine but service was rushed, very clearly wanting us to finish up and leave; we were offered dessert when we were half was through our main course!

When I arrived for my reservation, the restaurant stated that they didn't receive it from open table because they do not communicate with open table.The main hostess said it would be about 15 minutes, and she would add my name to the top of the list. After 45 minutes, we ended up leaving. This was a terrible experience, especially since it was Christmas Eve.

A great meal where my wife and I could converse without having to raise our voices. Quiet meals with a loved one is such an underrated pleasure.

The bartender he a lot of fun energy! I usually get the fried rice with chicken, I mixed it up and got beef. Loved it!

We do eat at PF Changs occasionally, unfortunately this was the worst service we have ever had. After about 8-10 minutes, a manager came over to offer us water and took our drink order. After several more minutes we had to tell the waitress we were ready to place our order. Watching her, she just wasn't efficient and didn't have many tables. Possibly wasn't trained well or waitressing just isn't her thing. Food was great as always!

The vegetable egg rolls were served quickly, and we hot and tasty. The overall service was good. The main dish was hot but unspectacular. The dish was vegetarian fried rice.
