The food is consistent and service was attentive. The dining and bathrooms need attention. They look tired but the biggest turn off is a to deep cleaning is seriously needed. The booth seat was sticky, restroom was dirty and the dust level on the ledge at face level behind the booths was hard to ignore when trying to eat.

Our waitress Eliza was very sweet and patient with us. We had a very pleasant experience celebrating the Chinese new year. We will be coming to this location instead of the colony for sure.

Tangela! You need to request her. This is quite the experience but the only reason is the professionalism of the person taking ownership of your experience. And she does. She is graceful and efficient. We love her attention and her demeanor. She is patient. Just sneaking in those appetizers when you get seated and puts in your order right away. We have alot of respect for that high level of care as we are physicians and have to do it every day. She is amazing and we want to honor her.

The menu has been changed and minimized relatively recently it seems. It’s just not the same P.F. Chang’s as it used to be. The new rewards program seems great but then the rewards coupons say one thing but then you get there and they tell you something else.

Beautiful dining room & bar. Fab employees & excellent menu choices. Always wonderful presentation & oh so tastee. Enjoyed 3 course lunch meal for $19.00 pp..enough to take home. Enjoy PFC anytime we make it to Grapevine.

SK was a wonderful and attentive server… he made our lunch experience very enjoyable. Our meal was delicious… highly recommend the lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef. This is our favorite PF Chang’s location… highly recommend!

Consistently good food. Mango iced tea is a treat. Servers are really on their game. We are regulars because of the above.
