   Delightful evening at P. F. Chang. Food was amazing, service was excellent, and the ambiance was spot on. My friends and I always have a memorable experience when we dine at Chang’s.

   Had a reservation for 7 o’clock, but they didn’t see us until 730. Ordered appetizers, but some didn’t even show up until after we served our entrées.

   We waited 45 minutes despite having reservations. Service was extremely slow. My wife’s teriyaki chicken tasted like butane from the warmer it was sitting on. Food was marginal at best and overpriced in my opinion. We decided to X this restaurant off our list forever.

   They overbook. We had a 7:30 reservation arrived 10 minutes before early. They couldn’t tell us how long it was going to be. We ended up eating in the bar. Will never go again. Open Table shouldn’t allow this to happen.

   Fiancés grandmother flew in from New Mexico for the weekend. We were planning to take her out to dinner for Valentine’s Day, she loves Asian cuisine so we were all looking forward to dining at P.F. Changs. They overbooked, on Valentine’s Day! We arrived at the restaurant and were told that there were no tables available, and that we would potentially have to wait for hours. We ended up having to eat fast food burgers on a very rare occasion that we get to spend time with my Fiancés grandmother. Very disappointing, Open table should remove this PF Changs location from the site.

   We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation. After 20 minutes I inquired about the wait time and learned seating was about 1.5 hours later than the reservation time. We left and found a different place to dine.

    Can’t say enough about our waiter, Michael! What a gem - very attentive and everything arrived on time for our group of 4. He checked often without bothering. Dishes, drinks and dessert did not fail to meet our expectations of celebrating friends. We were impressed and wish you were closer to the Greer side of town as we’d be there as a fav!!
