I recently dined at the P.F. Chang’s in Hackensack, NJ, and had a disappointing experience due to misleading promotional signage and poor management response. A large sign near the hostess stand advertised “All Day Every Day Specials,” including $10 Chang’s Lettuce Wraps. However, after asking about the promotion, we were told it only applied to the bar area—something that was not stated anywhere on the sign. We weren’t the only ones misled—another customer also expressed frustration after ordering under the assumption that the special pricing applied throughout the restaurant. When we raised our concerns with the manager, we were met with excuses and an unwillingness to address the issue. The second manager we spoke to, Mohammad, merely handed us his business card and told us to contact corporate ourselves, rather than taking any immediate steps to fix the confusion. This experience left us feeling frustrated and undervalued as customers. Clear communication should be a basic expectation, yet this location failed to take responsibility or make any effort to correct the misleading information. We are strongly reconsidering whether we will return to this location in the future.

Food was excellent. They were advertising $10 specials on 4 certain appertizers at the front desk, which we ended up ordering but when I noticed it didn't show on the check the waiter kept saying it was for the bar only but we confirmed later that WASN'T the case!!!

The food was delicious. We went early so it wasn’t busy but felt our server was rushing us out.

Stopped in for a quick dinner, food and service were as good as always. We went with our usual go to dishes, the fried rice and Mongolian beef

My wife and I recently dined at P.F. Chang’s and had a great meal. We shared the Mongolian beef, which was tender and full of flavor with the perfect balance of sweetness and savory notes. I also ordered the chicken fried rice, which was deliciously seasoned, with a good mix of chicken and vegetables. The combination made for a satisfying and enjoyable dinner.

Great dinner! Fantastic service and great food! They now offer a 3 course fixed menu (Chef’s Feast)! So much food for a great price and great choices to pick from. Great daily drink specials!

Brought my daughter there for her first time for her birthday. Our waiter was great. When the main course came out, there were several short black hairs in my daughter's lo-mein. I discreetly brought it to the attention of our waiter. The manager then comes over and was trying to say that all the kitchen staff wear hair nets. My daughter had placed some of the hair on her napkin so I had to show him to defend our claim. I've worked in the service industry so I know things happen but the fact that this manager had to inspect the hair at my table was a bit ridiculous and we had to prove the hair was blatantly not ours. Just made the whole experience sour. They did take it off our bill and gave us 2 free desserts.
