   I’ve been a long time fan and patron of PF Chang’s (20 years plus), and it feels like to constant change to remain relevant has diminished the initial intended experience. I never thought I’d have a curry option at PF Chang’s. Of course the staples ( fried rice, salmon and shrimp dumplings), are still good, but so much has changed and I’m not sure it’s for the best. Went to this location for happy hour with friends, to be told happy hour is only for the bar and not general seating. It’s difficult to have meaningful conversations sitting shoulder to shoulder and not across from each other. Although my opinions probably won’t mean much, I appreciate to opportunity to share them.

   I had the honey chicken and it was very dry. Also had a side of Lo mein and it had zero flavor. I generally like this restaurant but that night was a disappointment. Our waitress was phenomenal.

   Used to love PF Chang’s, but if the portion sizes get any smaller there won’t be any actual food to serve. We ordered Mongolian Beef, a tasty treat, we got 11 strips of beef. That’s pretty bad for a $25. Note, Server was a 10/10!

   It was my birthday and they gave me some special treats. The ambience was amazing and our server made sure we were very okay. She kept on checking with us.

   Service was fine until the end. I could not eat the chicken lo mein it was so awful. It tasted like nothing, dry chicken too. My daughter’s honey chicken was not at all how it usually is either. It wasn’t crispy and puffed up. It was shrunken and dried out. Three of our other guest ordered chicken fried rice, which had zero taste, but we did pay for that because there was nothing else to eat. Took 15-20 min for the waiter to remove the dishes from our bill. We did not eat either one. This is a place I used to love to dine at. I am not sure what has happened here, but the food is not what it once was and I will not return because of that.  I’m sad about it…

   Spicy Salt & Pepper Prawns - FANTASTIC dish! We love it! Brought back by Corporate but only available on Fri-Sun. We intentionally then, went on Saturday & at first they weren't sure they were still offering them but after checking they did. PLEASE keep these on your menu. They are delicious & so many enjoy them. Lettuce wraps are always fantastic! Great service!

    Not good My waitress was treating us like I was in the counter of a fast food place. Maybe she was overwhelmed because was New Year’s Eve. Food was ok but overall With this type of treatment Definitely not worth the price.
