Food was avarage and while our server was very good our table dishes were slow if not at all to be cleared.

Our server has zero interest in us. He was dismissive and rude. It was lunch time and there were maybe 6 total tables in the whole restaurant. I have not been to PFC in a long time and after this visit I will not be coming back.

What happened to this restaurant? It used to be nice. The restaurant needs a make over a complete overhaul. It shows it age. Drinks are still good and lettuce wraps but the dinner was terrible. Our booth wasn’t even clean Won’t be going back

The food is fine, the prices are just too high. Fried rice with barely any vegetables or meat for $$ is not cool.

MORE ANNOYING THAN BAD PER SE... This is a family favorite. In fact when I asked my wife where she wanted to have dinner for our 20th wedding anniversary, there was little hesitation. So I made a reservation through Open Table. "Special Occasion?" they asked. YES, I replied, with a mention of it being 20 years! We get our table, the waiter is, um, a bit annoying, young, whatever. Every response to a question we had seemed to be "100 percent" - can we have water? "100 percent" - does that come with X? "100 percent. Had to ask for water twice.. "can I get that water I wanted?" - "100 percent" - Drops off our check, and leftover boxes - we give him the credit card and ask - "what about that desert we ordered to go?" - and of course... "100 percent". I then go to the counter and ask the manager - "Do you see the Open Table reservation and special occasion listed? "yes we do" - "Do you do something special for, say, an, anniversary?" - "yes we do" - awesome. Maybe next time you should actually do it. And this was NOT on a busy night. UGH - (and yes, this is a first world problem, and I don't need a free dessert necessarily BUT...

We waited over 30 minutes for a server to stop by our table. Not one server who passed our table made eye contact. We left.

Chang's have removed my favorite dish (Shrimp with Lobster Sauce) from the menu, but we're kind enough to make it for me anyway. Much appreciated.
