   I went here with a friend to get together and visit over dinner. We purposefully went early so we could stay a while without taking up a table they needed during the busy dinner hour. In spite of this, I could tell our waitress really wanted us to leave. She rushed us to order; we'd been talking and barely got to look at the menu because she pestered us constantly to order. We weren't even done eating when she asked if we needed boxes, and dropped off the check very, very quickly. We didn't put our credit cards in right that second, and she kept coming back for our credit cards so often that I finally actually apologized for being in the restaurant and handed her my credit card without getting to review the bill, because she just wouldn't stop. We left and went somewhere else. I never had time to finish my meal and ate it later at home. My friend and I really didn't get to visit much at this restaurant, so we're planning on getting together again and of course going somewhere else. I usually tip 30%, but I tipped less than 20. I'll never, ever go back even though I liked the food. If you want to eat fast and rush out then this is the place for you, but if you want to relax and visit, then definitely go elsewhere.

   Quality of food has declined. Overcooked and ‘chewy’. Have been there many times and first time very disappointed. Will be awhile before we might try again.

   The service has absolutely the worst ever and the food quality and presentation has completely deteriorated. I flew into OHare, excited to go to PF Chang’s… my old favorite… it was just awful. Not sure what has happened, but the food quality and flavor was totally off. Sad to see this place go totally downhill.

   This restaurant has recently become one of my favorites. What I appreciate the most is how they handle my food allergy. They took the necessary precautions to make sure my meal was safe and served it in a different colored plate to distinguish it from others. There was a small hiccup when one order that was brought out was incorrect. However, they corrected the error quickly and let us take the wrong order home. I will definitely go back.

   Didn’t start great. My preferences on open table are no small tables and not by the kitchen or doors/drafts They took me to a small table right by the kitchen while husband parked the car. I told the hostess that wouldn’t do and she moved us to a 4 top by the front door. I waited for husband to come in and then I moved us to a table 2 away which shielded us from the cold of the outside. A server named. Veronica was pleasant and accommodating. We ordered off the special price menu with some upgrades and another entree for leftovers. Also ordered a couple drinks. The bill came and husband couldn’t figure why it was so high. He got his calculator out and figured we were over charged. Veronica apologized for the mistake and adjusted the bill by $20. The food was delicious, as usual. We had plenty to take home. There would’ve been no way to fit all of our serving plates on a 2 top. They barely fit on the 4 top. They shouldn’t even have e 2 tops there for this reason. It was Valentine’s Day and we’d made the reservations 3 weeks in advance. We thanked Veronica for serving us on her holiday too. We will inevitably be back.

   THEY STILL MAKE ME SHRIMP WITH LOBSTER SAUCE, EVEN THOUGH IT'S NOT ON THE MENU ANYMORE. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT. BUT I GOT CHICKEN FRIED RICE TO GO BECAUSE THEY HAVE THAT ON A $10 SPECIAL. THE CHICKEN WAS HORRIBLE. ALL DRIED OUT AND TOUGH. I WILL NEVER ORDER THAT AGAIN.

   Food is so different now. Lettuce wraps were plastic, Mongolian beef wasn’t crispy and didnt have normal taste. Waitress was decent, none of that negative experience was her fault

   Food quality has gone down hill, prices have gone up dramatically. Service was noncommittal at best. Had a stomach issue the next AM, probably from the shrimp dish I had. Not the freshest. Used to be one of our favorites, not anymore. Other places better for equal price. Egg rolls were great, the rest of the meal, not so much..
