Probably one of the worst meals at PF Changs. No seriously. The edamame app was hard and lukewarm at best. They were dried out as if they’ve been sitting in a box for a month. The Caesar salad was simply too much money for the base salad. I’m ok with the salmon add on but it was a shallow bowl The new Asian peanut salad was served on a warm plate. Who does that ?

Ordered pan fried shrimp wontons and they were prepared very differently than we normally get. Lots of red pepper flakes and a new seasoning. Ordered chicken and broccoli and also prepared differently- lots of chunks of scallions, the brown sauce was not the same.Seems like the recipes have changed. Lastly food temp very inconsistent. Some of the chicken has cold while other parts of the dish were warm. Not good.

The food was very good and tasty. We ordered the Feast at $21 per person, lots of food. The issue was the very slow kitchen. Apps came out pretty quickly but it took at least 30 minutes to get our main courses.

Very slow, understaffed it seemed. Nice waiter, but took way too long.

I will never return to P.F. Chang’s in Natick. Not sure what the issue was on New Years Eve because the place wasn’t that busy but the service was terrible and the food took forever to get to the table. They ran out of every beer on tap except coors light, which seems ridiculous to me. Just tap a new keg. Food came out for on person at the table 25 minutes before anyone else’s so they just sat there with a cold plate of food until the rest of the food came out. I wouldn’t be surprised if the place closes in 2025. Don’t waste your money there. Too expensive for poor quality

If the smoke is not available for the smoking dragon drink the customer should be told in advance. I inquired and was told it was working and for the second visit in a row, the drink came with no smoke which is disappointing

Excellent food and service. Ordered mongolian beef, chicken lettuce wrap and sauteed string beans side. All excellent.

change your receipt. It states "Gratuity not included". Not true. After tracking down a copy of our final receipt the Gratuity had been added into final amount due.

I usually like the food there, but this time it was awful. Everything was overcooked and over greasy. It took forever to get our drinks and our food. Something needs to be done about the elevator, it needs deep cleaning. It smelled so bad. Overall bad experience

We got seating fairly quickly but service was really slow after that. We ordered wine, but it came after we got our food. The waiter just dropped the bottle on the table with 2 glasses, never did wine service. My daughter ordered a boba drink, but it arrived without boba. We were told they don’t make it with boba pearls anymore. I wish we were told that because she would have ordered something different. The appetizer came and we had no plates or utensils/napkins. We had to request to another waiter. Main dishes came and we got the wrong rice. The waiter later brought the correct one. Food was fine, waiter was friendly but not very present. It took forever to get a refill of lemonade. Service was definitely an issue that night.
