Wow! Has this food been prepared differently since the last time we were here years ago. The spring roll was ordinary, but the biggest surprise was the chicken lettuce wrap dish. This used to be my favorite thing here but the flavors are far different than they were years ago and I didn’t care for it. We ordered the Mongolian beef with scallions which used to be another regular dish we ate, but it came well done skinny cuts that were dry and you could see through the sauce. It was so thin and there was almost none of it. Quite frankly, it was no flavor. The waiter asked if we liked it and we told him no it was extremely overcooked and he said oh that’s how we make it, but if you want medium, you should’ve asked so he replaced it with medium, which came back to us with a lot of watery sauce and again just no flavor to speak of. The only flavor was garlic, which it was swimming in. Seriously surprised at the poor performance by the way, they couldn’t have been more than 20 people there at 7 o’clock.

Enjoyed my evening tonight. The server did an okay job. Mixed up our order, forgot our rice at the end, and forgot to add my rewards even though it was the first thing I had given him. New rules in place utilizing your rewards and deals they offer. Now I have to go back again.

This used to be one of the best place to go if you were looking for good Oriental food. No more. Service, it was very difficult to have anybody help you during the meal, all waiters were looking elsewhere, and there was no way to draw their attention. Food arrived after a good wait, while we were seeing other tables served. Food itself was a great deception, fried rice looked more like a risotto, boiled, tasteless. The beef had been overdone and looked like pieces of charcoal. The salad on the salad wrap appetizer was passed away, looking like an old lettuce with brown parts. The whole experience was a great deception. Pity for such a good place to go…

The food was good and the service was ok. There were a couple mistakes with the order and bill but other than that it was a good experience.

Great food, service could have been better. Overall, very good. Better than other P.F. Chang’s we have been to.
