The overall atmosphere at PF Changs was great, once we were seated. And the food and service at the table were outstanding. The one downside was the initial atmosphere around checking in and getting seated. It was very crowded and chaotic, and we were 20 minutes late in being shown to our reserved table, and it took asking the main service coordinator about when our table would be ready. If they can get the initial check-in process figured out, PF Changs is a great experience.

Could not even get to the hostess stand. No one working front host stand even if we could get past the line of folks clambering in front of us. Unorganized. We walked out. Poorly managed. Disappointed.

We were very disappointed . It took forever to get our food and when we finally got it , it was so spicy and salty , you couldn’t put it in your mouth. I sent it back and explained I always get this and it never tasted this way. Server said they just changed the recipe but will tell the chef to remake it. Had to wait another 30 min and it came back the same way! She then charged us for two of them and adjusted the bill. Horrible experience. I actually threw the entire dinner away. Will never go back !

We will be returning. My only complaint was reservations weren’t managed. We waited 28 minutes for our reservation while tables were visibly empty and cleared.

We were celebrating our 30 wedding anniversary as we mentioned when we booked. No one recognized our milestone. A glass of champagne would have bern nice or complimentary dessert. Nope. Nothing.

Horrible service… nobody came by and check and took forever to get food for 3 ppl. At one point I counted 14 tables that were empty that still Had food all over them from when the table left. Was absolutely gross. When they came to move dishes off my table, they cleared them and put them on the dirty table next to me. When I went to the bathroom, I was able to see dirty dishes piled on the edge of the expo line that weren’t even brought to the dish area. No problems with the food but the service and cleanliness was gross and enough not to go back. Only reason i went was my daughter just got diagnosed with cileac and she was excited they had a GF dedicated menu.

Our 2 fried rice was not fried. Looked more Boiled but we never saw the waitress u til the end to send it back. I had to get up 2 times to ask for paper napkins, water for the table & chilli paste. The waitress was working rhe bar, take out orders and our table.
