This is a new concept for P.F. Chang’s was being in a shopping mall. It’s one big open space and very noisy. It recently opened this new location, a couple of weeks prior to our visit, but the staff was fabulous. The food was good, but the prices are very high compared to other P.F. Chang’s, but I have visited across the country.

We had a reservation for 5:45pm as we were going to the Grand Ole Opry show at 7:30. When we checked in on time, they said they were running 15 minutes or so behind. We did not end up getting called to our seats until 6:30. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation because we would not have had enough time to finish our food before the show. The management was unapologetic and stated that they were new which is why they were running late. That is not a great excuse and as someone who loves PF Changs, I can tell you for certain that we will not be back at this establishment again.

We made a reservation through Open Table, and when we got there, they said it would be a minute. Others who arrived at the same time were told it would be a 30-minute wait. In the end, we waited a full 30 minutes for our table. It was pointless to make a reservation. Side note, the entrance can only be accessed from the outside of Opry Mills. There is no entrance from inside the mall.

This is a new restaurant. There were too many people in a closed in space. U couldn't hear yourself talk. They need partitions separating tables and sound barriers. P.F. Chang is an upscale restaurant, not a fast food restaurant. We live close by this one but had rather drive 20 miles to one that is quieter.

The service was great and the food was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and so nice!
