It was Superbowl Sunday and it was relatively quiet in the restaurant which was a pleasure! Our server was super. He was attentive and iced tea and water glasses were never empty. The sweet and sour chicken and the Kung Pau chicken were dry at first with minimal sauce. (I am usually taking sauce off of my meals here). The server even commented about the lack of sauce when brought to his attention and warm sauce was promptly brought out for meals. This made a huge difference and both meals were great!

Service was really slow. Some of the party members commented on the food being bland.

Everytime I make a reservation here they stick us in some odd corner table that no one seems to use. We were seated & no one showed up to take a drink order for quite some time. Once they finally did and we got drinks, we ordered 2 apps. They came out individually. We didn’t have plates or silverware. We ordered the lettuce wraps and the lettuce was soaking wet, the meat was dry. It was a terrible combination. We visit the Schaumburg & tampa location and those are top notch. The Vegas location is terrible.

As many restaurants in LV, this place is overpriced. Service is fast and efficient nevertheless. Food is too "suggary" whatever you choose. Not sure to go again but totally acceptable place.

Ribs Starter come cold but staff done the right thing 100% returned it and asked if i wanted another one or anything else and knocked it off the bill

What happened to this restaurant? It used to be bustling and now it feels like a fast food experience. I treated my team and was hoping for a private table upstairs but they pulled some tables together like a food court. Sad!

I did a reservation however when I come to the restaurant they don’t found the reservation first and then, we wait for more than an hour

We made our reservations on Open Table, and we're seated on time. MUST make reservations, or the wait is terrible. Popular location. We ordered the Spring Rolls. I was not a fan, but my hubby loved them (3). Next up, Egg Drop & Hot and Sour Soup. Egg Drop arrived Hot, but the H&S was room temperature. I sent the soup back, and it returned a tad warmer. We didn't eat it because it was not at the correct temp. We ordered a combo fried rice that would have been delicious, but it was really cold. I have never experienced Asian food served at room temp...NEVER. We sent it back and got a new serving that was warmer. We were compensated with free dessert. The chocolate warm cake and ice cream were delicious. I paid for key lime pie that was served room temp. Crazy meal. We are going to try the local P.F. Chang's in Louisville. I understand it was New Year's Eve and busy. However, people can be sicken by serving food not cooked and served at a proper temp. We appreciate the manager's concern. We paid for all but the soup and complimentary dessert. We pay for what we consumed, and I accepted the dessert as complimentary. We are not ones to complain. However, that kitchen needs help in maintaining proper food temperatures before another becomes sickened. Happy New Year!
