P.F. Chang's far overbooked reservations for Valentines Day evening. We arrived fairly early and only had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time. They added lots of "folding tables" and shoved the tables so close together guests struggled to get into the seats. The waiting line even with a reservation was so large by the time we left, we has to push through the crowd to exit. There was literally no standing room at the bar, host podium or waiting area. The capacity had to be far beyond fire code allows. Ruined the ambiance and the restaurant experience.

We had a nice experience besides waiting for a bit even with having a reservation. This is one of our GO-TO places to eat. We travel about 45 -60 minutes each way to get the restaurant. We had a nice waiter, Nick. He took our orders, everything came out well.. no issues. The only disappointing thing was that when the bill came (we were with another couple), he automatically took my earned Chang's cash off the bill without us asking him to. We didn't want to use it on this dinner because of personal reasons with friends and wanted to save it for when it was just us for a date night. We try and save that for just US. Other than that, it went well.

We dined at a busy time, 6:00 PM Sat. night. Made a reservation. The table was waiting. The waiter was prompt. We were a party of 6. We ordered cocktails. I had a Japanese Old Fashion. The glass was half full. Half the group ordered the special which is served family style. The other ordered individual entrees. The server brought over small plates for the appetizers. Later when the main courses were served some of the used dishes were removed but many remained. It made it very difficult to find room for all the main dishes. Our appetizer dish is what we used for our main course. The lettuce wraps did not look fresh. We heard other tables complain about them. The waiter was courteous and friendly. We like PF Changs. We drove 45 minutes to get there. This wasn't their best service.

Server Dennys was great. He made recommendations and was able to accommodate requests. We did the Feast for 2 . The fest was great portions however not flavorful at all. FYI - the house salad has peanut sauce, that’s wasn’t disclosed on menu . Everything did taste healthy but , lacked flavor. The veggie spring rolls and organic margaritas were the best part. It was extremely crowded , recommend to make reservation. We arrived 15 mins early and was sat within 5 mins.

Rude hostess, spotlight from ceiling shining bright in my face, plates not cleared, food was awful and dry, 6-7 bus boys and waitresses all stood around talking to each other while tables remained uncleared and dirty…very low level of service. This was our last time at a PF Changs

served food was good, tasty, cooked right ..unfortunately the tone was set when the silverware and plates were set on the table. dirty silverware, cloth napkins that had various leavings from whatever they were previously used for and plates that had food, not just crumbs on them. server could not see the problems when putting the stuff on the table as the silverware was in the folded dirty napkins and the plates were stacked and the top one was the only clean one. also manager clearly was a lot less upset than we were. had it just been the two of us we would have walked out . this place has clearly gone downhill from what it was back when, and we have been here since it opened. we continue to use it only because the location is where we need it to take our grandchild to dinner when she requests PF Chang. .

We ordered a lot of food. The waiter brought the food out in different courses it was perfect.

We love the food here and always order the same favorite dishes bevcause we cant bare to deviate. We start with pork dumplings. Mains are Mongolian beef and Kung pao chicken. Brown and fried rice come with. Portions are generous and make a delicious lunch the next day. We had a reasonably priced Chardonnay to round out the meal.
