For the 1st time I have noticed that this restaurant is no more for me We wait 1/2 hour before being seated ( with reservation) The new main entrée Teriaky beef wasn’t good just industrial nothing cooked The atmosphere very noisy and not very heated

Everything was good, until my granddaughter asked the server to get her mom's birthday gift from the hostess. She never followed through. Nor, did we have the option of not checking our selves out, she gave us the device and left.

Waitstaff was excellent. Waited for an hour after our reservation time for our table. There didn’t seem to be any kind of system in place.

We noticed inconsistency in the service, depending upon one’s server. For example our table’s soups were not delivered to our table sitting on a plate, whilst other soup orders at other tables were served with the bowl sitting on a plate. We had requested fresh/hot from the wok teriyaki chicken as one order, but it was served at a tepid temperature. The other food item served, orange chicken was served hot, perhaps indicating the teriyaki had sat, waiting to be delivered until the other order was ready
