   The sauces are mostly way to sweet and most of the meats in dishes are breaded and deep fried. We were very disappointed in the food.

   I’ve enjoyed PF Chang’s in the past on numerous occasions. This one time, we were disappointed. We ordered drinks and appetizers first. A minute later, the waiter returned for our entree orders. The appetizers came out promptly and as we began to enjoy them, our entrees appeared. I regret not having told the server to keep them hot and bring them back in 10 minutes. There was literally not enough room on the table for all the plates. Maybe they were looking to turn the table quickly as we were out of there in less than 40 minutes. It was a poor dining experience.

   Andrea, Susan and James were wonderful, friendly and courteous. They were very personable. The host staff were always so welcoming. We love going there.

   We always go on our anniversary to P.F. Chang’s in La Jolla. Great service always a step above. Our visit to P.F. Chang’s in Rancho Mirage was horrible. Receptionist was eating her dinner when we walked up didn’t mention the fact that we had advised them that we were there for anniversary instead of setting us in a booth. They put us at a table so we couldn’t sit next to each other. Once again, they have cut their menu, and food portions don’t even feel a plate anymore, even got in an argument with our waitress that the tea she gave me was peach when I ordered green tea even told her to look at it and said does that look green to you she said that is our green tea. It was brown. I would not recommend this P.F. Chang’s or maybe P.F. Chang’s in total. They have gone downhill from the iconic restaurant they used to be.

   Hard to find entrance. Food very average. Spotlight over table harsh and gave me headache. Not horrible; just not going back.

   This is an attractively decorated space. The hostess seemed less than enthused about her job. We were seated in a very narrow booth for two. I wouldn't sit there again. Service was slow. We ordered fried rice and it was awful. Panda Express has much better fried rice at half the price. The pot stickers were excellent. There was a special shrimp dish that they ran out of (at 6:30). All-in-all it was a disappointing evening. We have had good experiences in the past so this may have been an aberration. Probably will try one more time.

   The bathrooms were so bad I couldn't use them. The food quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. It's a waste of time and money

   We’ve always had a great experience at PF Changs!! We really like the location at The River. Hector was an amazing server!

    Having enjoyed previous visits to the restaurant, we were shocked by shrinkage of the traditional menu, apparently in favor of Korean fried chicken nuggets or bone-in. The shrimp on lobster sauce, my favorite, had disappeared and the "Fire Cracker Shrimp," which the server recommended was inedible. It was very greasy and tasteless except for the poorly integrated red pepper flakes. The "Mongolian Beef" lacked vegetables and sauce, and was very tough and virtually floating in grease. Same for the "Pepper Beef." Despite having enjoyed dining here for many years, we shall not return.
