Forget to take pictures but food was so delicious our guests enjoy the meal celebration for the wedding to come happy engagement

Took my parents out for a bite to eat. We were seated promptly, the service was great, and my parents loved the food.

The server was very inattentive. Forgot that it was a birthday celebration and so we finally just left without dessert.

It’s a good place to eat every day , not for special occasions needs have reduced lighting it’s too bight like cafeteria & having table clothes will make it better

Had a reservation for Mother’s Day and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Reservation was for 6:30, didn’t get seated till 7. They were out of high chairs. Under the table we were seated at was filthy (food, crayons, chopsticks). Ordered and didn’t get our food until 8:40. Just had them box it up and left. This location sucks.

Sadly, PF Chang’s is going downhill. We went on Mother’s Day with a reservation. Naturally, it was busy as expected. We were seated within 20 min of reservation time. The problem started after being seated. Our server let us know that the kitchen was running 60-80 minutes behind. Once our food finally came out, the portions were less than half what they normally are. I guess they did that to get more people fed faster? We were a party of 8 and ordered 3 appetizers and 6 entrees but it wasn’t enough food. I had to tell the kids to go heavy on the rice. All in all, we were there for just over three hours for what should’ve been a one hour visit. And a $312 bill before tip and left not stuffed, but not full either. Will have to really think hard before returning. At those prices for less than half their normal serving portion, it’s a hard pass for now.
